The accepted intern/trainee will be hosted and trained at our property in a minimum of 3 different positions within her/his 12 months internship/training period. Therefore, the accepted candidate will be introduced to kitchen related work and responsibilities which are including but not limited to: commis, prep. Cook, garde manger, commissionary, bakery, plated desert, kitchen management and administration.

• Culinary studies Graduated people or kitchen experienced worker
• Minimum of 1 year Hospitality industry work experience
• Good command of English for communication
• Service minded
• Ability to travel and work abroad
• Ability to commit to a 12 months’ work agreement
• Leadership and team player
